Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity Review: Maybe Play

I really enjoyed this game but I also like hack and slash types of games. These games are really not for everyone they can be very grinding. If you enjoy either Zelda games or Dynasty Warrior games this game is a must play for you! If not give the demo a go.

 With that out of the way let’s get into this. You kill so many enemies by end game you may be renamed Link The Slayer of Hyrule. The fight mechanics in this game are amazing and every character feels very unique. Only one character feels weird to me but can’t name because it would bring spoilers. I’ll just say the attacks just don’t feel as if they are really hitting the targets. Art style is BOTW and just as wonderful. BOTW art style is my favorite next to wind waker in Zelda universe. Overall great pick up and play hack and slash and must play for fans of the genre.
